1) download the attached MetrOH_b5.fcl rar file
download this rar too: <a wytiwyg="1" href="db.tt/kHpLHZcF
2) extract both .rar files in your default foobar2000 folder
- Portable: Wherever your foobar folder is
- Standard: "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\foobar2000\\"
- Standard: Also extract the "Configuration" folder to your: "C:\\users\\appdata\\roaming\\foobar2000\\" folder
3) run foobar
4) on the Home screen, Right click where it says "Use the context menu to set your Last.fm username." - Click "Last.fm Username" - enter your last.fm username
5) go to preferences - tools - softplaylists
- Enter in your Last.fm Username & Password
6) Play Some Music & Enjoy!

- Very bottom right button is to go to the settings
- Artist Images are only downloaded when you play the artist. Options are available if you right click the "Now Playing" artist image
- If you make a change to the background, you may have to cycle through the screens to refresh them
- Playback info on playlist page is cyclable
- "Now Playing" button goes to "Now Playing" page
- Similar Artists pictures & names are clickable to go to last.fm page or create autoplaylist
- If you are Portable Mode, you may have to change SHPECK's winamp path settings:
go to preferences - Visualisations - Shpeck
- Change the top Winamp location to: " ...\\foobar2000\\plugins\\winamp\\ "

Is there a way to change the colour theme? Mine is black, the preview is red

And the background images, there is few backgrounds included but I can't find the place to change it

Click the rectangle in the bottom right corner and it'll give you colour choice options. (You might have to click it twice for the options to show up.)

Hey.

From a time now the Artist Pictures aren't downloading when played. I tried re-installing the skin and all but no luck. I hope it can be fixed, this is by far my favorite f2k skin. It's the standard version btw.

Thanks, we still have the option to manually set artist and album pictures etc, but the Now Playing tab does not reflect this and certainly doesn't pull from last.fm automatically. Been several months now, but it was sudden. Probably a last.fm change that backed up to your code.

I have installed it and I get many errors in the form "Scripting Engine Initialization Failed (Rating by marc2003, CODE: 0x80020101)
Check the console for more information (Always caused by unexcepted script error)."

When I close all the error windows almost half of the tiles show no images and have "aww, it crashed" written on.

Do you have any suggestion?

Awesome job with the theme! I have to say its my fave by far

One slight problem though, is it possible to implement a double click on the 'now playing' song title which takes you to the playing song in the play list. i.e. if i double click on the now play song title (or maybe a button) it will take me to the current position of that song in my playlist. Anyway really neat theme! Keep up your good work!!

That Star icon on the lower left hand side will perform that; it should highlight the current song in the playlist.

Love this theme! my fave so far i have to say!

One slight problem though, could you implement like a double click on the song title which takes you to the exact position of that song in the playlist (or double clicking something as a matter of fact). Sometimes i just want to click on different songs in an album and its pretty annoying having to scroll and look for the position of the song in a playlist. Otherwise awesome work!!

Do you have a last.fm account? make sure your foo_audioscrobbler is configured correctly ( you will have to download)
Also, for the main window, that is windows theme specific. You will have to find a visual theme that removes the titlebar and window.

The only problem I get with this skin is that my music doesn't show, even if I get into "Media Library" and add my music folder to it

In the playlists tab, create a new Autoplaylist with just "ALL" in the query field. That should create a playlist with your entire music library in it.

Oh, there's just one issue now: Whenever I'm going to create a new autoplaylist I get the "Aww, crashed" message and have to restart fb2k. What's this?

Probably an issue with permissions with foobar. I'd try opening it as an admin and that should fix it

If not, post your console after that crashed message and I'll take a look at it

Looks like you are having an issue with the activex object with WSH panels.
Try opening foobar as an Administrator to see if that fixes it. If not double check to make sure you are NOT in safe mode under the WSH panel mod settings under foobar preferences

New Update!
Brand New Settings Page with some new skin options.
Also a few other tweaks / fixes

If you are upgrading,
Redownload both rar files
Extract the "Skin" folder to your foobar folder and re-write over the files
Import the new MetrOH_b5.fcl file

hi. i have a 1024x768 screen resolution,,, and the skin did'nt show well because the boxes is too big and the 3 boxes (similar artist, top tags ,etc.) is overlapping the last.fm, biography and lyrics boxes... how can i resolve this??? pls. help

Unfortunately the skin is made from the ground up to be on a widescreen in HD.
I will try and see what I can do, but it may require a full reboot of the skin instead of just loading 1 different file or checking a box in settings.
I will report back when I find a good solution or definitive answer.

Great skin NinetySeventy!!

A question though, I would like to create an autoplaylist pointing to a folder, and whenever I download something new the playlist should auto update, could you help me out?
